A principis de gener de 2020 comen\u00e7a una investigaci\u00f3 a B\u00e8lgica (Al centre WPzimmer) que desemboca en \u2018<em>The black body, the blue mind and the fluorescente guts\u2019, <\/em>una coproducci\u00f3 del Mercat de les Flors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s \u2018<em>The black body, the blue mind and the fluorescente guts\u2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s un espectacle. Cada cop que hi ha un espectacle ens plantegem quin espectacle \u00e9s, quina idea hi ha de fons, quin concepte. Jo volia compartir aquest espai: enfrontar-se a fer un espectacle. Una pregunta inicial:<em> \u2018Qu\u00e8 pensa l\u2019int\u00e8rpret quan est\u00e0 ballant a escena?\u2019. <\/em>M\u2019agrada molt el concepte de <em>biopic<\/em> i tot el treball autobiogr\u00e0fic: saber-ne m\u00e9s dels int\u00e8rprets en tant que persones, del seu tarann\u00e0, i la seva energia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com ha estat el treball amb aquests cinc int\u00e8rprets?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vaig comen\u00e7ar el projecte amb una idea de moviment, perqu\u00e8 sempre he estat entre la dansa i la performativitat, sempre he estat all\u00e0: no he deixat mai de ballar. El fet de presentar aquests dos cossos, el cos performatiu i el cos de la dansa, era interessant tamb\u00e9 en relaci\u00f3 amb els int\u00e8rprets: hi ha perfils m\u00e9s de cos, de dansa i coreografia i altres que venen d\u2019un treball m\u00e9s performatiu. Els hi vaig proposar un punt de partida d\u2019un moviment molt definit. Una part del proc\u00e9s ha estat trobar aquest moviment dins de les cinc difer\u00e8ncies. La partitura de moviments funciona com un punt de partida en com\u00fa, per\u00f2 cada int\u00e8rpret ha hagut de trobar el gaudi d\u2019aquesta dansa. Potser \u00e9s una aproximaci\u00f3 una mica rom\u00e0ntica, fer un espectacle de dansa (de ball i no de coreografia) mantenint la joia per la dansa. Penso que ha funcionat perqu\u00e8 ens ha agafat a totes en un moment semblant i un lloc proper.<\/p>\n<p>Apareixia tamb\u00e9 la idea de fer un espectacle dins d\u2019un espectacle, i aqu\u00ed hem fet una recerca important. Ens hem preguntat qu\u00e8 no s\u2019ensenya normalment a un espectacle, qu\u00e8 es comparteix i que no amb el p\u00fablic. Aquesta part ha estat la m\u00e9s complexa, a escala pr\u00e0ctica hi havia moments d\u2019assaig que no sab\u00edem si \u00e9rem dins o fora de l\u2019espectacle, un espai molt juganer. Dins de tota aquesta complexitat vol\u00edem generar un espai perqu\u00e8 l\u2019int\u00e8rpret estigu\u00e9s el m\u00e9s c\u00f2mode possible (tot i que en realitat \u00e9s un impossible), hem buscat un estat de calma i benestar, respectant els temps de trobada i de composici\u00f3 amb els altres. Per\u00f2 el focus seguia essent el mateix: fer un espectacle. Alhora, aquest espectacle ja s\u2019estava construint.<\/p>\n<p>A nivell de preparaci\u00f3 hem fet una feina interna, a trav\u00e9s de les ensenyances d\u2019Ohad Naharin, del m\u00e8tode Feldenkrais. Aquest treball intern el vam fer per despr\u00e9s treballar en una eina que hem anomenat <em>Ente. <\/em>Aquesta \u00e9s una part del cos que s\u2019activa, que es mou, que \u00e9s independent per si mateix i que \u00e9s capa\u00e7 d\u2019expressar les seves pr\u00f2pies possibilitats de dansa, ball i sensaci\u00f3. La resta del cos funciona com a contrapunt. Aquesta preparaci\u00f3 interna i sana ens va ajudar a treballar amb l\u2019<em>Ente<\/em>. De vegades fer un espectacle \u00e9s malalt\u00eds i obsessiu, hi ha patiment. Part de la proposta era estar b\u00e9 en aquesta construcci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Llavors aquest \u2018patir\u2019 no ha format part del proc\u00e9s?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En part s\u00ed. Jo m\u2019he preguntat molt sobre com dirigir o com no dirigir. Jo havia treballat amb el Rodrigo Garc\u00eda, ell arribava a l\u2019assaig amb una imatge i f\u00e8iem tres hores d\u2019improvisaci\u00f3 per arribar-hi. Despr\u00e9s aquesta imatge es convertia en una escena. Jo en canvi he insistit molt en algunes pautes de moviment i paraula, hi ha hagut una certa direcci\u00f3, per\u00f2 en realitat els int\u00e8rprets estan habitant el buit, un espai cru i obert. M\u00e9s tard vaig adonar-me\u2019n que aquest espai obert \u00e9s una via d\u2019entrada al treball amb la intu\u00efci\u00f3, tant per als int\u00e8rprets com per mi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aix\u00ed que no hi ha hagut una homogene\u00eftzaci\u00f3 dels cossos a escena?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Potser d\u2019aqu\u00ed un temps podria passar. Per\u00f2 s\u00ed que hi han intercanviat coses i de fet hi ha materials que ha creat un i ara l\u2019activa un altre. Hi ha una esp\u00e8cie de conviv\u00e8ncia tranquil\u00b7la, sempre estan proposant i composant, \u00e9s un nivell de concentraci\u00f3 i estat alt, \u00e9s bastant f\u00edsic i tamb\u00e9 amb adrenalina. \u00c9s molt dif\u00edcil el que fan i al haver-hi aquest benestar, aquesta calma, aquesta tranquil\u00b7litat, aquesta generositat i disposici\u00f3 per estar i ser-hi, no es veu la dificultat que hi ha darrere. Al dossier original parlo de l\u2019emancipaci\u00f3 de l\u2019int\u00e8rpret, he pensat en gent que duia hores de rodatge i que tenen un amor incondicional per l\u2019art esc\u00e8nic, aquest biopic \u00e9s aix\u00f2, orgull i reivindicaci\u00f3 del que fem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Biopic i partitura de moviment: em recorda el teu solo \u2018<em>Bailarina\u2019.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si no hagu\u00e9s fet <em>Bailarina<\/em>, no estaria fent aix\u00f2 segurament. Ho diu molta gent, un projecte et porta un altre. A <em>Bailarina<\/em> va ser molt interessant i intens, despr\u00e9s de deu anys fent-la em vaig preguntar, \u2018i ara qu\u00e8 faig?\u2019. Vaig plantejar-me qu\u00e8 passa quan el cos ja no t\u00e9 la for\u00e7a ni la gana ni la r\u00e0bia, i vaig comen\u00e7ar a fer-me preguntes b\u00e0siques d\u2019aquest ofici. A <em>\u2018Bailarina\u2019<\/em> no hi ha grans idees, no \u00e9s espectacular, no \u00e9s moltes coses que se suposa que ha de ser un espectacle. Llavors em pregunto, si no \u00e9s aix\u00f2 qu\u00e8 \u00e9s?<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I els elements esc\u00e8nics?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s una escenografia molt senzilla: \u00e9s un espai blanc, per fer-hi molt de color. Part\u00edem de la idea de l&#8217;holograma multicolor, que dona molta calma. Jo voldria que el p\u00fablic estigui molt tranquil, que percebi sensacions. \u00c9s una arquitectura tamb\u00e9 pensada perqu\u00e8 els int\u00e8rprets puguin transitar pels espais. Amb tot, hi ha una cosa que mai havia fet: t\u00e9 tots els elements d\u2019un espectacle. Jo normalment utilitzo espai i generals blancs, i aqu\u00ed hi \u00e9s tot: vestuari, materials en cru, espai en blanc il\u00b7luminat amb molt de color, algun objecte i tamb\u00e9 espai sonor.
